Immediate Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital goods we provide. Your account will be activated on the website instantly after you enter your email and password.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your NamaVU subscription at any time. We believe in transparency and ease of use, so we do not lock you into long-term contracts.
How to Cancel:
- You can cancel directly through the link provided in your initial subscription email.
- Alternatively, you can email us at support@namavu.com with your account email, and we will process the cancellation for you.
Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will not be charged again, and access to Premium features will end.
Refund Policy
NamaVU operates on a prepaid monthly subscription basis.
- No Refunds for Partial Months: We do not typically offer refunds for partial months of service or for unused time if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to use the Service due to technical issues on our end that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, issue a full or partial refund for the affected month. Please contact support for assistance.
- Double Charges: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or twice for the same period, please contact support immediately, and we will rectify the error.
